A Shared Commitment to God and Each Other

The Presidents of the Christian Muslim Forum welcome the ground-breaking document 'A Common Word between Us and You' produced by The Royal Aal al-Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought, Jordan and signed by 138 international scholars.  We are encouraged that so many leading representatives of Islam from around the world have issued an invitation to dialogue and relationship-building with global Christianity in a way never quite seen before.

On the occasion of Eid ul-Fitr marking the ending of the month of fasting the Christian Muslim Forum wishes all our Muslim friends Eid Mubarak. We are greatly encouraged by the many events hosted by Muslims, Christians, inter faith groups and local authorities to celebrate Eid, especially where Muslims and Christians offer friendship and hospitality to each other. We pray for the success of these events. May the peace and blessings of God be with us all.
