Being a Faith School

Faith Schools Seminar (Primary)

... being a faith community and being a faith school in the community.

A seminar for head teachers, teachers, teaching assistants and governors of primary schools of a religious character. A chance to meet, share experiences of being a faith school, discuss key issues and learn from each other.

Sessions:

  • Being a Faith Community - case studies from Church, Islamic and Jewish schools
  • Introduction to the Linking Schools Project (Three Faiths Forum)
  • Networking

Workshops:

  1. Integrating faith perspectives into the curriculum
  2. Teaching about other faiths and beliefs
  3. Schools and their local communities
  4. Faith school linking: Shared Futures Programme
Refreshments included, no charge for attending. Donations very welcome.
