Challenges of Citizenship in the East Midlands

What are the challenges?

How do we live together as Christians and Muslims in the region? How do religion and citizenship fit together? Are we friends or rivals? These are some of the questions we will answer together with leaders, influencers and future leaders from across the region.

East Midlands Events

This is our second East Midlands event (read about the first here), not counting the first ever national imams and ministers event near Leicester in 2006

Who is involved?

The Christian Muslim Forum is pleased to be working in partnership with two key East Midlands organisations: Karimia Institute, Nottingham and the St Philip’s Centre, Leicester. We have a vision for strong relationships between Christians and Muslims in Chesterfield, Derby, Leicester, Lincoln, Mansfield, Northampton and Nottingham. We are planning to get together with local people in Derby/Nottingham, Leicester and Northampton before the event, please get in touch if you would like to be part of a local group
